Terms and Conditions
All guests are asked to treat the property with care and leave it in a clean, tidy condition
so that the next visitors can enjoy their holiday. Please report any breakages or problems
as we would like to maintain the house at a high standard. Bookings are from Saturday
to Saturday (during high season); 3:00pm on arrival day to 10:00am on departure day
unless otherwise arranged. Keys may be collected from Mr Mason at Stonegarth Guest
House, 2 Eskin Street, Keswick. At the end of your holiday, please remember to return
the keys or post through the letterbox of Fernbank House.

A £100 deposit for each week is required on booking. The deposit is non-returnable should
the booking be cancelled later. Cheques should be payable to Mr.S.Mason. The balance of
the full payment must be paid six weeks in advance. There are no additional charges.
