The house enjoys magnificent views of Latrigg to the rear and Grisedale Pike, amongst other fells, to the front.

Built of local stone, Fernbank House is a semi-detached property with four to five bedrooms. It has been beautifully furnished throughout, and is decorated and equipped to offer the highest standard of accommodation for 10 people. There is private off road parking for 3 cars, and a peaceful garden to the rear of the property incorporating a children's play area.

Keswick is a vibrant market town with a number of activites on offer. The town is actually on the shores of Derwentwater, the widest lake in Britain, where you can have a pleasant cruise or begin a walk up one of the many famous fells.

There are many restaurants and bars
within the centre and shopping is varied, from mountaineering to pencils (Nearby Borrowdale Valley was the birthplace of   pencil lead!). You can also enjoy shows at the new 'Theatre by the Lake'.
